The Self-Leadership Salon
The Self-Leadership Salon draws inspiration from the original salons of 17th - 18th century Paris, where people gathered not for entertainment or instruction, but for conversation. Ideas were tested aloud. Authority was relational, not hierarchical. Listening mattered as much as speaking. The purpose was not consensus or persuasion, but the slow refinement of thought, selfhood, and culture through dialogue.

In that same spirit, the Self-Leadership Salon offers contemporary gatherings devoted to presence, curiosity, and inner leadership. These are not therapy sessions, coaching programs, or self-help events. They are thoughtfully facilitated spaces where people practice a different way of being together - less reactive, less performative, more grounded. Through multiple formats, the Salon invites participants to witness, practice, and reflect on Self-Leadership as a lived posture rather than a concept, restoring conversation as a formative human art.

Self-Leadership Conversations
Witnessed Dialogue · Fishbowl Format
Self-Leadership Conversations are salon-style gatherings built around a fishbowl format. A small inner circle engages in a facilitated, live conversation while a larger outer circle listens attentively. The emphasis is not on storytelling or problem-solving, but on real-time self-awareness - watching how people speak, pause, protect, and stay present.
Participants may join either circle. Those in the outer circle are not passive observers; listening itself is treated as an active practice. Reflections are shared without advice, commentary, or cross-talk. This format allows Self-Leadership to be seen rather than explained, making it especially accessible for those who want depth without personal exposure.

Self-Leadership Lab
Teaching + Guided Dialogue
Self-Leadership Lab offers a more structured event that combines brief teaching with guided dialogue and reflection. Each gathering focuses on a single theme - such as reactivity, boundaries, inner trust, or self-compassion - and provides shared language and orientation before inviting participants into conversation.
These sessions are participatory but contained. They are designed for people who want to understand and practice Self-Leadership in a grounded, accessible way without entering intensive personal work. This format serves as both an entry point for newcomers and a meaningful practice space for those already familiar with the model.

Self-Leadership Forum
Observed Conversation + Q&A

Self-Leadership Forums are moderated panel-style gatherings where a small group engages in a thoughtful, unscripted conversation around a shared topic. Rather than presentations or debates, panelists are invited to think out loud together - exploring complexity, difference, and uncertainty in real time.
Following the observed conversation, the audience is invited into a structured Q&A focused on curiosity rather than critique. Forums are ideal for those who enjoy learning through dialogue, listening to multiple perspectives, and witnessing respectful disagreement without polarization or performance.
