The Self-Leadership Conversations
A witnessed dialogue series
Most conversations rush to certainty.
These don’t.

The Self-Leadership Conversations are salon-style gatherings where a small inner circle engages in a facilitated, live conversation—and a larger outer circle listens.
This is not group therapy.
It’s not a class.
It’s not a support group.

It’s a space to watch Self-Leadership happen in real time: people slowing down, staying present, and speaking without performing or fixing.

Each event centers on a shared theme and unfolds through a fishbowl format:
-
Inner Circle: active dialogue
-
Outer Circle: attentive listening and reflection

No advice. No cross-talk. No pressure to participate beyond your capacity. Just presence, curiosity, and the uncommon relief of not having to rush toward answers.
This is for you if:
-
You’re tired of conversations that perform insight instead of practicing presence
-
You want depth without diagnosis
-
You’re curious about Self-Leadership as something lived, not explained
-
You can tolerate silence without rushing to fill it
-
You’re willing to listen without fixing

No background in therapy required. No expectation to share.

This is not for you if:
-
You’re seeking therapy, treatment, or emotional processing
-
You want advice, coaching, or solutions
-
You enjoy debate, persuasion, or being right
-
You need crisis support
-
You expect transformation on a schedule
This space values curiosity over certainty and presence over progress. If that sounds relieving, you’ll likely feel at home. If it sounds frustrating, that matters too.

Inner Circle: $50 (Limited seats)
Outer Circle: $20

Come to speak—or come to listen.
Both are real forms of participation.
