The Self-Led Man

The Self-Led Man

This is not a program on '"how to be a man." It's a journey on how to be yourself.

What it is

The Self-Led Man is an immersive program inviting men to move beyond performance and into authentic presence - to examine the stories we inherited about manhood, meet the parts within us that protect and ache, and reclaim power not as dominance, but as grounded integrity. Through guided reflection, parts work, embodied practice, and brotherhood, participants will learn to lead from the inside out - integrating strength with compassion, courage with vulnerability, and purpose with connection. This is not about becoming a “better man,” but about becoming your whole self - the one capable of leading your life, your relationships, and your world with clarity and heart.
