Shame rarely develops in isolation. It emerges in relationship with parents, peers, religion, culture, communities, and systems that teach us what is acceptable and what must be hidden. This workshop expands shame work beyond the individual psyche, exploring how relational and systemic experiences become internalized and why healing often requires more than changing what we believe about ourselves.
