How We Become Someone
How does a human being become someone? Bringing together attachment, temperament, family systems, culture, trauma, neurodevelopment, narrative identity, parts, and Self-Leadership, this workshop explores one of psychotherapy's oldest and most fascinating questions: Where does “me” come from? We’ll end the year by considering not only how a Self develops, but how therapy helps people become increasingly free to participate in who they are becoming.
