Countertransference Through an IFS Lens
The therapist who needs the client to improve. The rescuer. The expert. The fraud. The therapist who fears anger, hates conflict, becomes bored, or desperately wants the couple to stay together. Our parts enter the therapy room whether invited or not. This experiential workshop explores countertransference through an IFS lens and considers how our internal responses can become valuable clinical information without letting them drive the therapy.
