Why Parts Need to Be Right
Why can being wrong feel so threatening? Certainty can provide safety, belonging, control, and protection from an unpredictable world. We’ll explore rigidity, moral certainty, relational conflict, reassurance-seeking, and deeply held beliefs through a parts-informed lens shifting the therapeutic question from “Is this belief right?” to “What would it mean if you weren’t certain?”
